Excellent Stay at This Resort

I am thankful for the private beach. It features excellent access to the sea. The many pools provide a refreshing escape from the heat. I especially appreciate the diverse options for dining, bars, and restaurants. Our room cleaner, Mahmoud, ensured we had drinking water each day.

Decent Location, Some Issues

The beach had a large swimming area that was quite nice.
The entertainment was really lacking. After dinner, there was not much to do, so we ended up returning to our room most nights, and this was made worse by the fact that few other English guests were present.

the air con in the ROOM was GREAT. our room cleaner was lovely and very attentive. the staff down there and on the beach area WERE the best.
i must say that breakfast left A lot to be desired. the SIZE of cups for drinks was ridiculous, it was the worst in that respect.

A few issues, but overall decent

The jetty extending from the beach was a wonderful way to view many fish and coral. Snorkelling was definitely a highlight (i was very pleased). The a la carte restaurants near the beach were great. My favourite was the grill bar because i enjoyed the food and sound of waves.
Upon arrival late at night, i was told to wait, and what was said to be 5 minutes turned into 40. The room i was initially given was not clean. I found that they reused the same sheets. The bathroom also smelled like pee.

i found the hotel very clean. the room got beautiful decorations daily by the housekeeping staff. mr mohamed khalab from reception was especially cute. i appreciated that the hotel had three access bridges leading to the coral reef making snorkeling safe.
